One marker in the graveyard towered above the other pieces of stone scattered over the hillside.
“That one is perfect,” James said as he switched off his headlights.
“Perfect for what?” Gloria asked.
“We’re going to push that over.”
“I’m not sure how to explain,” James replied while rubbing his chin, “but this is sort of game my friends play. We see who is able to push over the largest tombstone. I need your help though.”
“I’m not sure about this.”
“We’ll be done in five minutes,” James continued, “maybe ten at the very most.”
“Are you sure we won’t get in trouble?”
“Gloria, everyone within two miles of us is dead! What could possibly go wrong?”
